Jonathan Aidan's debut release of music for yoga is a journey into nature through an eclectic mix of musical styles. From gentle lakeshore waves at sunrise, through wind-swept forests full of birds and streams, to the crashing waves of the ocean, the sounds of nature suffuse Salute the Sun. Aidan's music includes acoustic instruments from around the world such as hand-drums, flutes, harps and strings, blended seamlessly with electronic instruments including analog synthesizers and computerized sound effects. This blend of acoustic and electronic reflects Aidan's interest in understanding our deep interconnectedness with nature, while utilizing and enjoying the capabilities and benefits of technology. A passionate advocate for renewable energy, Aidan's live performances in yoga classes are powered by off-grid solar energy.
